LanceTek was founded with a simple observation: the tools available for software development have fundamentally changed, but most development companies haven't adapted.
We embraced agentic AI development from the start, not as an experiment but as our core methodology. Tools like Claude Code and autonomous coding frameworks aren't add-ons for us; they're how we work every day.
The result is a development company that operates differently. We write specifications, not just code. We use AI agents to handle routine implementation while human expertise focuses on architecture, strategy and creative problem-solving.
