A failing test comes first
Every feature and fix starts as a test that fails. The test is the definition of done, so "it works" means something you can run.

Each agent has its own identity
Every agent commits under its own account on one branch per task, so each line of code can be traced to who wrote it and why.

A human signs it off
Security and architecture get a second review before anything merges. Deploys take a backup first, then get checked from the outside.
